Sugar Cookies Uncut is a collaboration and collective founded by Bree & Rebecca. After connecting through social media, these two found they both had a shared passion for building up & supporting the cookie community.
They wanted to:
Both are passionate recipe art, as well as decorating art. Rebecca & Bree always wanted to support cookiers in elevating and scaling cookie businesses by embracing the growing mindset shift around how cutout sugar cookies exist in the baking industry.
The Ingredients go beyond the dough - Bree & Rebecca are doing the hard work to creare recipes for cookies, icing, and even the marketing, in a way that fits perfectly within the constraints of being a sugar cookie artist.
Their work allows you to go beyond the icing design and into flavor while giving you an avenue to add an upsell with no additional effort with dough you already have in the freezer.

A self-taught baker with a foundation & passion inspired by her Grandmother, Rebecca focuses on bold unique flavors to elevate sugar cookies from basic to sophisticated. As far as decorating styles, while traditional decorating is always present, Rebecca prefers to lean into her strengths of hand-painted watercolor sets and texture with dimension.
A native Virginian, she built her business while living in South Texas supporting her Aerospace Engineer husband in his career. She has relocated her business twice - across the country each time - and can help you re-build your brand when you know no one and that starts with the best flavors that people need to have. She and her husband have recently relocated back to VA so they can be present with family and a new grandchild. Rebecca remains passionate about collaboration, crown-straightening and taking the decorated cookie niche to the next level.

Former math teacher, mother of four, and daughter of a cookier, Bree grew up in a family business and found owning a decorated cookie business very familiar. Bree leans into the concept of re-imagining as an artform. Putting a new spin on techniques, flavors, content and more is where she discovers ideas to share with the world. She loves rich, dense flavor profiles and especially with a playful, gourmet spin. Not to mention, she sees the connections between art and marketing, making it a core for her spin-off cookie-business. It is her goal to help cookiers excel at marketing and creating cookies that sell out.
Bree truly understands the challenges and obstacles of running a small cookie business. It is her goal to simplify and support fellow cutout cookie lovers in a way that elevates that business as well as builds connections in what is often a lonely business.
